By using Cliplock ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Cliplock is a video delivery platform that allows freelance video editors to share watermarked previews with clients and unlock full-quality downloads after payment confirmation.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
• Upload malicious files or content

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading, you grant Cliplock a limited license to store and deliver that content as part of the Service.

6. Subscription and billing

• Free plan: up to 3 projects
• Pro plan: $12/month, unlimited projects
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

Cliplock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
